We have a variety of stock shapes and sizes you can pick! This allows you multiple choices when designing your pin. From a tiny round pin to the heavy and tradable cast baseball diamond, we have a shape that will suit your needs.
We use a combination of shipping and production times to get the pins you want, by the day you need them, from overnight air delivery to the more economical ground option. We can also add Saturday delivery or ship to a hotel or venue.

The main difference between quick pins and traditional photo printed pins are the stock shapes. Since we use in stock shapes, we eliminate the die making part of the process.
On the top of this stock shape goes your design, followed by a poly dome. This gives your art some protection, while giving the pins a slight three dimensional feel.
Quick Pins are produced using Photo Printing or 4-Color Process. This is a traditional 4 Color method of printing using CMYK; Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. This allows nearly unlimited color combinations on single pin. There is no spacing or border needed between colors and you can even have gradients or color fades.
In addition to CMYK, we have the ability to enhance your pins with metallic Mylar film. We can use a gold or silver film to give a deep metallic shine to your pin. Pins that use mylar will incur an additional $60 setup charge.
Once your art is printed, we cut it to shape and apply a poly dome. The domes and art are then attached to the pin base and your pin is nearly complete. Each pin is then checked for quality and individually bagged. Pins are then boxed for shipment. Finally UPS picks your pins up and we send a tracking number so you know exactly where your pins are.
